Welcome to the Food Physical Chemistry Laboratory web page! Research in our group focuses on the physicochemical properties of food biopolymers and their applications in food. More specifically, our research interests include the following directions:

Design and fabricate food protein based delivery systems for bioactive compounds;

Develop biopolymer-based nanoformulations for food packaging; 

Utilize food biopolymers to improve the mechanical and functional properties of food products.
