Zhang's group went to the 2018 IFT annual meeting in Chicago, IL, and presented 5 presentations (oral and poster). Lei won the 2nd place in a poster competition with his project titled "Preparation and characterization of fish oil nanoemulsions with combination of casein hydrolysates and carrageenan". Congrats!
Dr.Shan Huang has joined the group as a visiting scholar, and will stay with us for one year.

Yang has finished one-year joint training in Zhang's lab, and is preparing for her MS defense in China.
Dr. Yue Zhang and the group have received a Layman Seed Award by the University of Nebraska Foundation.
Qianyi has received 2018-2019 UCARE fund from UNL to support her research on gluten-free pasta in our lab. Congrats!
